I purchased this laptop case, and unfortunately, it arrived faulty. When I contacted customer service via email on 17th January to address the defect and request a replacement or refund, I was instead sent a generic video explaining how to install the case, completely ignoring the actual issue of the product being faulty.
Since then, I have followed up two more times with no response about my replacement or refund request. To make matters worse, I have also tried calling their customer service number several times, but the phone simply rings out with no option to leave a voicemail.
The lack of customer service is appalling. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I would not recommend purchasing from this company. I certainly won’t be buying from them again. If you're considering their products, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Was sceptical at first but bought it. I love the matte feeling of the case but the only down side is that you can see finger print rlly easily, especially where you open and close your laptop.

I had actually ordered the wrong size so I had messaged ozcase on Instagram their amazing staff were able to swap it for me, the case is amazing quality, it’s a little see through so that you can see the Apple logo overall I am obsessed
